Sessions are charged at $230.

With a Mental Health Care Plan, the Medicare rebate is $137.05 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year which brings each session fee to $92.95.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment please email or text Bonnie no later than 24 hours (1 business day) prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows enough time to offer your appointment to other clients.

If you cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged a 50% fee for this session. If you forget to attend your appointment, the full session fee will be charged (Medicare and private health insurance do not provide rebates for cancelled or unattended appointments).

All psychological sessions are confidential with strict confidentiality protocols in place to protect you. Your personal and health information will be treated with the professional confidentiality appropriate to the Code of Ethics of the Australian Psychological Society and the relevant Victorian Government legislation. We will only use or disclose this information for the purpose for which it was given, that is, to assist you with your presenting issues.

Please note that there are some limits to confidentiality which Bonnie will discuss with you during your first session.
